SECURITY AND DEFENCE
As a supplier of complex cameras and sub-systems with reinforced capabilities, LHERITIER collaborates with all the major industrial and state decision makers in the defence sector in France, as well as with industrial specialists of defence optronics outside France. See our clients.
We design and manufacture our cameras from OEM modules developed by ourselves and tested in-house. The products are certified by LHERITIER for use in difficult and/or restrictive environments. The modules answer the highest requirements in terms of resistance to electro-magnetic and luminous fluxes, shocks, vibrations and the main constraints of temperature. See our in-house testing means.
In the field of aeronautics
Present in avionics circles, and fully conscious of the safety standards applicable in aeronautics, we answer the requirements related to airborne systems. On drones or in the cockpits of airplanes or helicopters, our cameras supply information to aid navigation, train pilots or help in the transmission of air/ground data.

On the ground
In the course of the last 10 years, we have implemented our cameras in high precision guidance for turret aiming (for tanks, armoured vehicles and other military vehicles with a range of several kilometres), in very long distance surveillance with assistance (day/night surveillance of maritime zones with ranges greater than 20 kilometres) and in the assistance to infantry soldiers.

In the naval domain
Our most recent projects include a video device for internal safety in submarines, a module for underwater tracking and a device for capturing underwater pictures for follow-up of missile firing.
